Unnimaffissu liqueur it is born from a sicilian family idea, working in the Ho.Re.Ca. channel since 30 years.

The origin of this liqueur is dated from the observation of the local marketplace, and therefore the making of sicilian primary resources. From year to year several trials and tastings have occoured. The perfect balance was reached through the mix of Carobs, Figs and Oranges with the final result of a fresh and typical rosolio. "Unnimaffissu" comes from the meaning which is the stubbornness of the people who hardly worked to the realization of this sicilian liqueur.

Still it has been perfectioned with the introduction of two more ingredients: Caramel and herbs mix. What matters is the service: bitter strictly cold, but with no ice in it.
