Terroir and wine-making

The Sualtezza 650 rose wine is produced with only Nero d'Avola grapes that the Tenute Lombardo winery grows in its vineyards in the Caltanissetta area. The vines root in a calcareous clay soil. Every year, in the first days of September, the winemakers harvest the grapes strictly by hand and transport them to the cellar, where vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 14°C.

Notes of taste

Sualtezza 650 Rosé Tenute Lombardo is a brut sparkling wine with a characteristic light pink colour and an intense and persistent perlage. It has a scent of rose, strawberry and cherry and a fresh taste of freshly picked fruit.

Wine at the table

The Tenuta Lombardo’s rosé sparkling wine is ideal to accompany all appetizers, tasty fish dishes, white meats and all delicately flavoured foods. This bubble is served at a temperature of 8°C.

Curiosity

The Sualtezza 650 Rosé Tenute Lombardo recalls its bottle nature for special occasions, in addition to the altitude on which only the vineyards of Nero d'Avola are located, which gives the wine its qualities of pleasant freshness.
