Roceno Grillo by Sibiliana is made up of Grillo grapes, from the most important white acinus vine in Sicily which groves at best excatly between Marsala and Trapani due to its fertile estate. Here the mediterranean climate is marked by termic escursions between day and night and winds coming from the sea, with fit at top the final product.
Tasting notes
Roceno Grillo shows up in your chalice with a limpid and intense yellow which let you think of its well-bodied structure and acidity. Its fragrance releases a wide fruity bouquet which reveals herbal and floral notes. A fresh and persistant wine.
Food pairing
Roceno Grillo by Sibiliana can well pair to fish and clams meals.
Curiosity
Grillo vine started to expand in the western Sicily especially after phylloxera desease affected local vines, replaced from the noble Grillo.
