The grappa Gaja Costa Russi is produced by distilling fresh grape marc. Before bottling, the liquid (70-75% grade) is diluted with distilled water until it reaches a final grade of 45%. To be served in a tulip-high glass.
The Piedmontese company Gaja is the architect of the birth of the fragrant and enveloping Grappa di Barbaresco. The production process includes the recovery of the marc from Nebbiolo grapes, distillation in batch stills and aging in steel containers. Throughout its vital tour, the Grappa preserves its bouquet of medicinal herbs and dried fruit.
Serralunga d'Alba: it is here that comes to life a distillate of excellence as the Grappa Sperss Gaja. The production, which starts from mid-September, involves distillation in batch stills (with temperatures below 70 °C) and aging for 12 months in barriques. The ideal grappa to accompany dark chocolate and dry pastries.
Red Vermouth is in fact a red liqueur, carrying a pleasing taste with the perfect aromatic balance. On the palate brings fragrances of summer fruits, mint and orange peel. this is the ideal partner as a digestive after-meal.
Brachetto Acquesi is a sparkling wine Piemonte DOC (appellation) which grows in calcareous clay soils, typical of Monferrato. Brachetto gets a vivid red colour and lively smells of rose and berries. The best food pairing to go along with could be white chocolat, strawberries, ruspberries and it could also be used for the making of any fruity cocktails.
