Terroir and wine-making

The Grillo grapes mature for a long time on the vines in the vineyards of Feudo Disisa, immersed in the influential terroir of Grisì, in Monreale. When they have reached the ideal state of ripening, they are transported to the cellar for fermentation at a controlled temperature. A year of aging in steel tanks and at least one year in the bottle refine its organoleptic profile for an interesting and particularly pleasant result.

Notes of taste

A full amber color reveals the solace of a sweet wine with typical Sicilian traits: the Grillo Sicilia DOC Krysos enlivens the senses with notes of ripe fruit, honey and dried figs. It wraps the palate with harmony and intensity. Difficult to resist its sweetness.
