Terroir and wine-making

The grape variety from French Burgundy finds in the Isarco Valley of Trentino-Alto Adige the ideal conditions for its optimal development: The cool climate, sun exposure and alluvial soils rich in organic substances enhance its varietal characteristics for wines of exceptional refinement. The experience of the producers in the area, the knowledge of the territory and local traditions are expressed in the vineyard and in the cellar to the point of defining exquisite high taste qualities.

Grapes ripe to the right point are gently crushed before fermenting at a controlled temperature. The ageing takes place on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks; no malolactic fermentation is foreseen. This gives rise to an excellent wine Chardonnay Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC.

Notes of taste

A beautiful greenish yellow color illuminates the glass of Chardonnay Valle Isarco wine. With its characteristic fruity and delicate scent, it enchants the senses with a fresh and lively taste, of pleasant body, declined in nuances of pineapple and banana.

Wine at the table

Brought to the table at an ideal temperature of 8-10 °C, Chardonnay Valle Isarco wine gives its best when accompanied by light appetizers, oysters, seafood, fish seconds and white meat.

The Chardonnay from the Valle Isarco winery has a aging capacity that lasts up to five years; perfect to keep in the cellar so that it can be enjoyed at the right time.
