Fermentation and refinement	Maceration of the grapes for 10-15 days. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 25 °C for 8 days. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Aging in bottle for 6 months.
