Terroir and wine-making
The Nero d'Avola of the Eughenès di Sibiliana line is made from the best grapes selected from vineyards growing on the hills of Trapani. Here the mild and moderately rainy winters and hot and dry summers contribute to the maturation of the grapes that, once harvested, are macerated in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrique and 3 months in bottle.
Notes of taste
With the typical colour of a good Nero d'Avola, Eughenès di Sibiliana conquers with its scent of oriental spices and red fruit, sweetened by elegant nuances of vanilla.
Wine at the table
