Amaravigghia is a sicilian bitter made from the Citrus medica var. Sarcodactylus, in jargon known as Citrus Buddha's hands, a specific variety which brings its proper aroma. Even though, it's not just one of the many digestive drinks, in fact, thanks to its essences of red oranges and sicilian herbs, it tastes incredibly flavorful and its undertaste ends up in sweetness.
