Crémant de Bourgogne Patriarche is a sparkling wine with the name Crémant de Bourgogne Methode Traditionnelle. In Burgundy the land is unique in characteristics: it is one of the oldest land in Europe, composed of hard limestone layers and stretches of Jurassic marl dating back to various historical periods and rich in fossils. These characteristics give the wine an extraordinary and unmistakable power. Crémant de Bourgogne is made from the blend of different grape varieties grown in the renowned French area and which represent the best expression: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Aligotè. The manufacturing process follows the rules of the classical method.

Notes of taste

Crémant de Bourgogne Patriarche is a fine and elegant brut sparkling wine. Golden yellow with a persistent perlage, it gives off various hints that recall red fruit and citrus on a basis of floral notes. The palate is complex, well structured and balanced.
