Terroir and wine-making

The essence of Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige bubbles is to be found in the selection of Franciacorta DOCG grapes, vinified in such a way as to give birth to a jewel among Italian sparkling wines. The blend of Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Noir (15%) and Pinot Blanc (10%) is the result of a separate vinification and assembly later on reserves of the best vintages, coming from more than 134 vineyards. A 28-month stay on the yeasts is responsible for exalting its identity. Known and appreciated by connoisseurs and not, the Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige encapsulates the extraordinary qualities of the terroir in a sip in Ca' del Bosco style.

The sparkling wine Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige offers tantalizing pleasures: in its bright straw yellow, the bubbles reveal a fine and persistent perlage; in the glass it releases aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit accompanied by notes of herbs and pastries; on the palate it lies with harmony and balance, for a lively but never intrusive sip. Overall, a very pleasant Franciacorta.
