Terroir and wine-making
Luma Chardonnay is a white wine from Sicily made with grapes grown in the area of Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. Cellaro carefully selects the grapes, which are then pressed very softly. The must obtained is fermented in small stainless steel tanks where a strict control of temperatures is carried out. After the aging in stainless steel, the wine is bottled to maintain its aroma and freshness.
