Terroir and wine-making
The vineyards of Feudo Disisa are located in the area between Alcamo and Monreale, in the province of Palermo, known for the quality it gives to the grapes grown under its influence. Only the best grapes of Fiano are the protagonists of a careful winemaking process that begins with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18 °C and continues with aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and in bottle for another 2 months.
Notes of taste
Exalted by the productive style of the Sicilian winery, the organoleptic qualities of Fiano Terra delle Fate reveal themselves to the senses with elegance. With a golden yellow color, this Sicilia DOC wine has an intense bouquet of fruit sweetened by honey notes; on the palate it releases enveloping and persistent sensations.

Curiosity
Terra delle Fate wine is born in vineyards owned by the winery Feudo Disisa, which first studied and experimented with the cultivation of international varieties. In fact, the first and oldest vineyard of Chardonnay grapes grows on the same estate.
