Il vino Koinè Antichi Vinai è un Etna Rosso Riserva complesso, intenso e dalle sfaccettature sorprendenti. Le uve, grazie alla ricchezza del suolo vulcanico, offrono una concentrazione di gusto e personalità naturali; il resto è merito della lavorazione in cantina, dove la pigiatura soffice, la macerazione a contatto con le bucce e l’affinamento in piccole botti di rovere e poi in bottiglia.
