Terroir and wine-making

The Müller Thurgau Erste+Neue is a white wine resulting from the harvest and processing of the homonymous and autochthonous grapes located in gravel soils that allow the right degree of ripening and aromaticity. The vinification process begins with fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, continues with aging on fine lees and ends with further aging in bottle at the end of which the Müller Thurgau gives off particular and pleasant aromas.

Notes of taste

The Müller Thurgau Erste+Neue is a straw yellow colour with vivid green hues that are reminiscent of the characteristic South Tyrolean territory. Its scent is as fresh as the taste: hints of yellow fruit and hazelnut sweeten the light tart flavor that makes this white DOC aromatic and delicate.

Wine at the table

The delicacy of Müller Thurgau prefers equally refined combinations: fish dishes, especially oysters. Excellent also with aperitifs.
