Terroir and wine-making

The vinification process takes place through fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, ageing on fine lees and final bottling, for a Sauvignon Erste+Neue with a strong aromatic potpourri.

Notes of taste

Sauvignon Erste+Neue is a white wine with surprising aromatic aftertastes: the precious golden yellow colour opens on the palate through fruity notes of green apple, gooseberry, citrus and elderberry that blend with slight notes of tomato leaves. A savory and well balanced taste.

Wine at the table

Sauvignon Erste+Neue is a great all-day white wine. Try it with fish dishes, shellfish and spicy starters.
