Terroir and wine-making

The Valle Isarco welcomes the best influence of the Riesling vines: the alluvial soils are rich in valuable materials for optimal plant growth, from which high-quality fruits are born. The winegrowers of the Valle Isarco, rich in experience and traditions, press the grapes gently before letting them ferment at a controlled temperature. The maceration takes place on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation. This carefully conducted process helps to elevate the innate qualities of Riesling grapes.

Notes of taste

The Riesling Valle Isarco has a typical straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Its scent is fruity, with notes of peach and apricot, and pleasantly fresh and aromatic. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with spicy notes of nutmeg and fruit.

Wine at the table

At the table, the Riesling Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC is the right wine to enhance the combinations with fish and crustaceans. It is also great to enjoy as an aperitif or with light appetizers.
