The Trainara Generazione Alessandro comes from white grapes Catarratto and Carricante, from the sandy lands of the north-east side of Etna. The glass of Etna DOC has sapidity and fragrance in a soft combination of mineral and aromatic herbs. The finish is slightly citrus to match elegant dishes, shellfish and seafood.

Fermentation and refinement Manual harvesting of grapes. Soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at 15 ºC for about 20 days. Aging in steel on fine lees at 10-12 ºC for 10 months. Aging in bottle for 4 months.
