Fermentation and refinement Grape storage in fruit trees for 3-4 months until a sugar concentration of 30% is reached. Temperature controlled fermentation. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels and French oak barriques. Bottle aging.
Grape Variety Corvina (from 45% to 95%), Corvinone maximum at 50% replacing an equal percentage of Corvina, Rondinella (from 5% to 30%) and small percentages of Oseleta and Molinara.
Tasting notes Enveloping, wide and persistent. Notes of morello cherry, plum and black cherries in spirit with hints of coffee, tobacco and cocoa.
