Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Pirovano has a full and enveloping flavor, while at the same time being fresh and persistent. The qualities of the Abruzzo grape, enhanced by the aging in steel, are indicated to enhance the combinations with red meat; also excellent with cheeses, especially with pecorino.
