How it works

Our Gift Cards are the easiest, most flexible and fastest way to give (or treat yourself to) a gift without the risk of getting it wrong. They allow you to shop on our website with a personalized prepaid credit, to be used whenever you want. Here’s everything you need to know to use them at their best.

Purchasing the Gift Card

You can choose from several predefined amounts, each corresponding to a specific product available on our website. Once the order is completed, you will receive a unique discount code via email at the address used for your registration. The code is sent directly by our customer service.

Using the discount code

To use the Gift Card, simply enter the code during the checkout process in the “Discount code” field. The card value will be automatically deducted from the total order amount.

Important: our Gift Cards also support partial use. This means that if your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, you won’t lose any remaining credit. The unused amount will be retained.

Example: if you spend €60, you can use a second code for the remaining €40 by adding “-2” at the end of the original code (e.g. TEST100 → TEST100-2).

Validity

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Not combinable with other discounts or promotions.
