How Our Gift Card Works

Our Gift Cards are the easiest, most flexible, and fastest way to give (or receive) a gift with no room for error. They allow you to shop on our site using a prepaid and customizable credit, to be used whenever you like. Here's everything you need to know to make the most of them.

Purchasing the Gift Card

You can choose from several predefined amounts (e.g., €50, €100, €200), each corresponding to a product you can purchase on our site. Once the order is placed, you'll receive a unique discount code by email, sent directly by our customer service team.

Using the Discount Code

To use your Gift Card, simply enter the code during checkout in the designated “Discount code” field. The card value will be deducted directly from the order total.

Important: our Gift Cards support partial use. This means that if your order total is less than the card's value, you won’t lose any credit. The remaining balance will be preserved.

Partial Use and New Code

If you use only part of your Gift Card’s value (for example, you spend €60 on a €100 card), the system will automatically generate a new discount code for the remaining balance (in this case, €40). The new code will have the same name as the original, but with “-2” added at the end.

Example:

• First code: TEST100
• New generated code: TEST100-2

You can use this new code the same way on your next purchase.

Compatibility with Other Promotions

Gift Cards cannot be combined with other discount codes or active promotions, unless otherwise stated. This ensures the system functions correctly and provides a smooth shopping experience.

All generated discount codes are valid according to the conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
