The craft beer trentina Foxtail produced by Birra del Bosco is a Red Ale not filtered, not pasteurized and refermented in bottle. The continental hops used in the boiling give it a bitter taste of herbs, persistent and never imposing. With slightly toasted notes and a pleasantly herbaceous taste, it goes well with different dishes, from burgers to chicken and grilled meats, to desserts for an unusual end to the meal.
