Since 1985, Bepi Tosolini selects the best Friulian grapes Cabernet Franc and Refosco to make a pleasure distillate: the Most Barrique Ciliegio is obtained by distillation of freshly harvested and crushed grapes. The must, rich in fragrant and sugary pulp, is subjected to a discontinuous artisanal distillation in steam Charante stills.
The distillate thus obtained is aged in small cherry wood barrels for several months. The Most Barrique Ciliegio brandy takes on a straw yellow colour with orange reflections and an elegant forest scent with a hint of ripe fruit such as plums, blackberries, blueberries and cherries. Overall, it is enveloping, delicate and velvety. The sophisticated upside-down glass bottle comes in an elegant packaging.
