The Caorunn of Balmenach Distiller is a quality gin made with botanical ingredients, including rowan berries and only high quality wheat. The distillate originated in the Scottish Highlands, where the distillery is located, in the Cairgom National Park.

Ingredients: Caorunn Gin, East Imperial Royal Botanic Water, ice and a lemon.

Procedure: Add ice to a Tumbler or Highball by rubbing the edge of the glass with lemon peel. Add the gin and complete with the tonic water until the glass is full. Before serving, decorate the glass with a slice of lemon.
