Grecanico is an autochthonous vine of Sicily that finds in the province of Trapani its ideal habitat. The Sibiliana winery produces every year with its delicate grapes Roceno Grecanico, a white wine that becomes synonymous with territoriality. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified with non-invasive processes that help to leave intact as much as possible the original qualities of the grapes. The innovative and avant-garde methods introduced by the expert vintners of Sibiliana skilfully exalt the precious peculiarities of a grape with considerable potential.

Taste notes

Roceno Grecanico has a delicate yellow color like the grape with which it is made. The nose releases fruity and floral notes that anticipate the strong taste, fresh and harmonious. A pleasant and balanced wine.

Wine at the table

Roceno Grecanico Sibiliana is an excellent white aperitif wine, but it is also suitable for pairings with elegant fish dishes.

Curiosity

The Sibiliana brand is a project of the Cantine Europa Group aimed at the selection of the best vines, including Grecanico, with the aim of achieving high standards of production and making quality wines, such as those of the Roceno line.
