Terroir and wine-making

The Charme Rosé sparkling wine is obtained from a selection of grapes from native Sicilian black berried grapes. The harvest takes place before the grapes reach full ripeness, so that they retain their correct aromaticity. The wine is vinified in a classic white wine, in contact with the skins, just enough to give it its typical pink color. The foaming in autoclave enhances its lively character.

With a silky and captivating perlage, Charme Rosé lets the nose perceive enchanting aromas of red fruit that invite to a fresh and fragrant taste. A soft and creamy wine that surprises for its pleasant balance on the palate.

Curiosity

Charme Rosé is produced with the grapes grown in the Borgo Guarini estate, a land that represents an open-air laboratory, where the Firriato winery experiments new crops to get the best from the land.
